OUR HEART FELT THANKS
Your love and support means more to us than words can ever express. This would have been such a long
and arduous journey if it had not been for those who walked beside us. Lifting us up when we needed it, helping us carry the
load and praying for us. Taking over when we were too tired to go on. Without friends and love ones to join us in this
journey of adoption I am not sure we would even make it to the end. For everyone who has put up with our single-mindedness,
preoccupation and unwillingness to take no for an answer, "thank you". From Alana, who will someday soon be home with
us, her life having been changed by all of you," thank you". And a special thanks to Clare for being my sounding board. Your
honesty has helped the cause so much, "thank you". It is sad for us to think of all the babie's we can't bring home.To think
of the lives the ones left behind will live. My heart aches for the older children who will forever see
the little ones going home and maybe never get to make that journey themself. Remember them in your prayers. Most
of all we are thankfull to God for all his kindness, blessings and promises to us. God Bless you all.
Thank you!

The Waiting Child by Debbie Bodie
(To those left behind)
I saw you meet your child today You kissed your baby joyfully And as you walked away with
her I played pretend you'd chosen me.
I'm happy for the baby, yet Inside I"m aching miserably I
want to plead as you go by, ``Does no-one want a child of three?"
I saw you meet your child today In
love with her before you met And as I watched you take her out I knew it wasn't my turn yet.
I recognize
you from last year! I knew I'd seen your face before! But you came for a second babe. Does no-one want a
child of four?
I saw you meet your child today But this time there was something new A nurse came in and
took MY hand And then she gave my hand to you.
Can this be true? I'm almost six! And there are infants
here you see? But then you kissed me and I knew The child you chose this time was me.
Miracle
He who set the stars in space came by this way today he left a tiny bundle with in our hearts
to stay
He brought to us a miracle and from the very start he gave us love unspeakable bondless love
with in our heart
What began as only two of us for all the world to see by the miracle of adoption we became
a family!

Some Where Out There
(Song)
Somewhere, out there, beneath the pale moonlight,
Someone's thinking of me, and loving me tonight.
Somewhere, out there, someone's saying a prayer,
That we'll find one another in that great somewhere out
there...
And even though I know how very far apart we are,
It helps to think we might be wishing on the same bright
star.
And when the night wind starts to sing its lonesome lullaby,
It helps to think we're sleeping underneath the same big
sky...
Somewhere , out there, if love can see us through,
Then we'll be together, somewhere out there,
out where dreams come true!
Dream Come True
I didn't give you the gift of life but in my heart I know the
love I feel is as deep & real as if it had been so.
For us to have each other is like a dream come true. No, I didn't give you the gift
of life Life gave me the gift of you.
